AI4Studio is a suite of AI-powered desktop tools for the Odoo® ecosystem. AI4Studio-Build is an AI agent that configures and customizes Odoo® using natural language. AI4Studio-Doc audits and documents any Odoo® instance. AI4Studio-XL generates Excel® reports directly from Odoo® data. All three products share the same processing time pool.

Almost anything that can be done without touching the source code. For example: (1) Diagnose and fix errors in your existing Odoo® configuration. (2) Build a new module from specifications — screens, fields, reports and automations. (3) Implement an entire System instance from a complete design and business process description. (4) Or something as simple as create a new field.

No. You describe what you need in plain English — or any of 12 supported languages — and Build translates it into the exact list of objects and actions Odoo® expects. ORM and programming knowledge help you verify the agent's work, but are not required to use it.

In semi-autonomous mode, Build proposes a plan that you can preview, edit, approve and execute step by step — you stay in control. In autonomous mode, the agent analyzes, plans, executes and self-corrects errors without human intervention. You choose the mode per task.

Every action can be rolled back with Build's dependency-aware undo system — it tracks what depends on what, so undoing a change never leaves your instance in a broken state. Projects can be split into nested subprojects for granular control, and every change is logged and reviewable. However, since AI can do mistakes, we strongly suggest to avoid it use in production environments. If you have to, make sure that you have a complete and recoverable database backup.

Our benchmarks show Build is on average 10× faster than an experienced consultant. A configuration task that takes a seasoned consultant 20 hours, can be executed by Build in about 2 hours; however, it will depend on several factors, such as network congestion, AI server load, or AI provider or model used (when using BYOK). You only pay for the processing time the agent actually uses — idle time is never billed.

AI4Studio-Build runs on Odoo® Community, On-Premise, SaaS and Odoo.sh. Recommended versions are 16, 17, 18 and 19+.

Your choice. You can use Vorqon's AI provider and pay only for processing time, or switch to BYOK mode with your own OpenRouter® key. All credentials and API keys are stored on your computer, optionally encrypted — never shared with Vorqon AI, AI providers or third parties.

BYOK stands for "Bring Your Own Key". It means you will use your own API key for the AI engine. We suggest OpenRouter® because it lets you use any AI provider, although we recommend Claude Opus 4.6®. When you use BYOK, your processing time package is automatically doubled.

You buy processing time in advance. Time is consumed only while the agent is actively running, and idle time is never charged. Your processing time is shared across all AI4Studio products (Build, Doc, XL) and never expires. You can recharge from inside the app, or enable auto-recharge in your Vorqon AI account.

No. Product licenses are permanent. You pay a one-time fee per license and only pay for processing time as you use it. AI4Studio-Build is licensed per Odoo® instance.

Yes. AI4Studio-Build volume discounts apply automatically: 15% off at 3–5 instances, 25% off at 6–15 instances, 35% off at 16+ instances. Your processing time pool is shared across your entire book of business.

Yes. Subprojects — or entire projects — can be exported and imported into other Odoo® instances: from dev to staging to production, or between clients. Build also auto-generates technical documentation of every customization. For Odoo® instances that weren't created by Build, use AI4Studio-Doc to document them first, then feed that documentation back to Build to replicate them.

Yes. AI4Studio is a desktop application that runs locally on your machine and communicates directly with your Odoo® instance. Credentials and API keys are stored on your computer and can optionally be encrypted. No data is shared with Vorqon AI, AI providers or third parties beyond what the agent explicitly needs to process each request.

Yes. An invoice is automatically generated and sent to your email after each purchase via our Stripe payment system.

Yes, you can. However, the AI engine we use is restricted in some countries. In those cases, you must use the BYOK mode with OpenRouter®.
